A Visionary Approach to Infrastructure Development in Nandura and Malkapur

Sancheti played a key role in developing local infrastructure in Nandura and Malkapur. Water Supply

  • ₹17.45 crore was made available under the Sujal Yojana.
  • Jalakumbhs were constructed in various locations, including Anurabad, Waghud, Warkhed, Dharangaon, and others.
  • ₹17.52 crore was approved for the Mauje Hingane Ghaval Tera Village Water Supply Scheme in Nandura Taluka, and the scheme has been completed.
  • The Dnyanganga River to Nandura Water Supply Center project, providing water to Nandura city, was completed with a fund of ₹20 crore.
  • ₹90 lakh for improvement work and ₹2.50 crore for the construction of two new aqueducts supplying water to Malkapur city.
  • ₹3.84 crore was sanctioned for the construction of a Water Purification Center in Malkapur city.
  • ₹12.91 crore was approved and completed for pumping machinery work from Dhupeshwar Pumping Station to the Water Supply Center under the Sujal Nirmal Yojana.
  • Through Chainsukh Sancheti’s efforts, the Jigaon Project, which revitalized the Malkapur constituency and Buldhana district, made ₹13,874 crore available.

Construction of Government Buildings

  • Construction of the Court Building in Nandura Taluka.
  • Nandura Nagar Parishad received sanctioned funds.
  • A total of ₹41.94 crore was allocated to the Malkapur Municipal Council for development from 2014-15 to 2019-20.
  • ₹3.19 crore was sanctioned for the Sub-Divisional Office’s Administrative Building in Malkapur.
  • The Administrative Building with a commercial complex for Malkapur Nagar Parishad was constructed.
  • A magnificent Court Building was built in Malkapur city.
  • Construction of the I.T.I. Training Center and Hostel on National Highway in Malkapur.
  • The Land Records Office Building in Malkapur was built.
  • Substation in Salipura, Malkapur.
  • A new Police Station building was constructed in Malkapur’s M.I.D.C. area.

Other Urban Development Works

  • Tree Plantation: Approximately 80 million trees were planted in the Malkapur constituency since 2014. This has had a positive long-term impact, contributing to an increase in rainfall in the area.
  • Tourism Park: A fund of 18 crores was allocated for a tourism park in Malkapur.
  • Dalit Colony Development Scheme: Under this scheme, a fund of 7 crores 87 lakhs 36 thousand 580 rupees was made available.
  • District State Urban Development Scheme: A fund of 2 crores 3 lakhs 22 thousand 400 rupees was made available under this scheme.
  • Minority Development Fund: A total fund of 7 crores 94 lakhs 5000 rupees was made available under this scheme.
